Dear Yuletide writer,

Welcome, bienvenue, wilkommen! I hope this letter finds you well and happy. I think it has to be said, that this Yuletide is, like everything else this year, feeling slightly different to usual. But I'm thinking of it as a spot of light in the coming months - I hope you have some similar hope. Thank you, dear writer, for being a part of this spot of light.

I hope all that talk doesn't translate into pressure to produce something. (Every year I'm paranoid that I'm going to cause my assigned writer stress, every year I reiterate that I'm so very easy to please - I hope no one out there is reading all of these at once, because I'm sure that it gets very irritating). But, really, I'm so easy to please! Go with the story of your heart, whatever is fun for you. I'm just adding the extra information in case, like me, you like having some prompts to work with.
